"We’ve stayed here 4 times now. Easy off & on the highway at night. We always arrive after 9pm after travel from Michigan. Rooms have been clean. But place definitely needs update , refresh of common areas, elevator. Pool mostly not open. But we only want a decent place to sleep & don’t need pools. "This was my first time traveling to Texarkana and randomly picked this hotel for two nights. When we drove in, seeing department stores and restaurants around. I was amazed and surprised. The hotels and nearby parking lots are trucks (18-wheelers) friendly! Staff called Ebony (Eboni) was very nice, sweet and helpful! During our stays, we didn't hear much noise at night. The only thing I didn’t like so far was the tub and sink drainage was very slow. Other than that, i rate them 90/100!!!! "
