"If you would like a relaxing vacation by the beach, this is the place to stay beautiful location, beautiful rooms. The service was outstanding. They have a number of restaurants to choose from last night. We had a barbecue on the beach, which was excellent. You can get a golf cart to go to a restaurant that’s nearby so you don’t need to have a car for that. It’s about 45 minutes from the big city beach. I would definitely come again. "

"We absolutely loved this property and the concierge Jimmy was amazing! He was so helpful in helping us plan everything including transportation, coordinating the excursions, golf carts and our last night meal which was prepared for us at the property. The house was perfect and clean. Having the pool was a plus. Highly recommend for large groups. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was also a huge plus!! It was a great place to stay and the beach was terrific. We felt like locals rather than tourists with the accommodations. There were many places to eat and small markets nearby for groceries, although Jimmy also arranged for groceries to be there when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again or possibly try the other property this owner owns. Can’t say enough about this property it was perfect!!"

"We were celebrating my wife’s milestone birthdate. The property was amazing and easily accommodates large groups. The 9 bedrooms were spacious with nicely appointed bathrooms. The large dining room fit our group of 14. I would highly recommend getting some meals prepared at the house by their in house staff. Ana was great getting our airport transfers even though there were multiple flight delays. She also set up our excursions- horse back riding, fishing, private sunset catamaran cruise, ATV . Jimmy the property was also awesome and very responsive. I would also recommend renting golf carts from Chip & Jennifer who couldn’t be any nicer. The owners Greg and MacKenzie were very responsive and easy to deal with. This property is one of a kind in a beautiful setting. Thank you again to staff who made our stay so memorable We plan on returning with our grand children Ken "

"This is a great house right on the beach with great boogie boarding right out front. There were 10 of us ranging in ages from 10-80 years old. There was plenty of room. The house is well laid out and stocked with everything we needed. Communication was easy. The owner and property manager were very responsive. In all a 5-star experience."

"We really enjoyed our time at your Playa Potrero beachfront villa. Exactly as described and shown in pictures. Clean, updated, quiet and located on a beautiful beach with private pool. Arturo, the property manager, was very welcoming and informative with our questions. Cleaning service was an added bonus. Definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a beachfront getaway! "The 5 bedrooms each with their own full bathroom provided more than enough room for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). The private pool and 6-person golf cart were put to great use throughout our trip. The concierge Arturo, was fantastic! His communication style was very warm and helpful. We had a problem with one of the shower heads and he was able to have the problem fixed the next day. We requested a gas grill and beach chairs on Christmas day and both showed up on the next day. Arturo was also able to contact Reserva Conchal golf course in order to help us schedule a tee-time...without his help we would not have been able to play at this amazing course. Additionally, Arturo helped us schedule a private chef for a couple evenings and the food was fantastic! I highly recommend this booking!"

"Perfect location for us. We enjoyed every bit of our time spent here. The house is well equipped, the pool is wonderful. We could not have asked for more. There was more than enough space for our family is 12. Great restaurant choices within walking distance. Many nearby beaches, and we enjoyed the beach right outside our gate. Excellent choice."
