"Lovely little unit that was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the terrace, but as others have mentioned, a shade umbrella would have really added to our enjoyment. Everything with condo was great. There is no parking at the condo, but the shuttles to the parking lot come by every few minutes. Really appreciated that the shower had a safety bar! Everything very clean and nice. Bed was comfy. Definitely recommend. "

"Very nice place.Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Very nice pool and BBQ area. We were two couples and had no issues, great value for the money.High marks to Jorge, who looked after us and everything else at Pueblo Colonial. Not only did Jorge look after the property, but he was also a great ambassador for this close knit gated community of 8 Villa's, as well as Tamarinda and also the country of Costa Rica.Although it wasn't a long walk to the beach and downtown area, sometimes...

"Location was great. One minute walk to beach to watch the sunset almost every evening. Property management was very responsive to any needs that we had. Real old world, charm and a beautiful outdoor area with trees, plants and a pool. location. Quiet area, but yet only four minutes away by golf cart to Tamarindo, where a lot of action is going on. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Villa Mila was a fantastic place to host Christmas with our grown kids! It provided the perfect place to hang out together and explore the beautiful Guanacaste area! The condo is very beautiful, with magnificent views and SO clean (thank you to wonderful housekeepers!). Hazel, the concierge, was very helpful. We especially love the beach club. One note: the beach club just raised their daily per person rates (Yowza...SO expensive for the holidays!). Just a perfect holiday!"

"This was a lovely stay in a unique property, with a main floor and a loft. Parking was convenient and the kitchen included all we needed. A car was necessary, was there are not a lot of dining/shopping options within walking distance. "

"The home was amazing. It exceeded all of our expectation's. From jimmy the concierge, daily house cleaning and nightly security the only thing we needed to do was decide where to go for dinner, with its great location the choices were plentiful, the food exceptional and everyone was friendly. We would swim in the pool, walk down the beach or enjoy a sunset from the back patio looking over the ocean. Everything was spectacular."

"We stayed at this condo for about 3 weeks and really enjoyed it. Great location in quiet beach town. The condo provided plenty of space for our family of four, very quick WiFi which made remote working easy, great location, and the whole resort property was very safe. I highly recommend bringing ear plugs because the main pool is next door and loud on Friday and Saturday nights. "
