Upon arrival, we saw how spacious the rooms were and noticed that each villa had three large beds, so we decided to stay together in one villa. "We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The accomodations were very nice. The pool was fantastic. Antonio was tremendous. The location felt very private. Outside of the owners there were no neighbors. We did get to see the howler monkeys one morning from the patio. It is about 25 minutes from Tamarindo, which I was good with, as we were out of the hustle and bustle but coyld get there quickly. "Villa Mila was a fantastic place to host Christmas with our grown kids! It provided the perfect place to hang out together and explore the beautiful Guanacaste area! The condo is very beautiful, with magnificent views and SO clean (thank you to wonderful housekeepers!). Hazel, the concierge, was very helpful. We especially love the beach club. One note: the beach club just raised their daily per person rates (Yowza...SO expensive for the holidays!). Just a perfect holiday!"

"We loved our stay at this beautiful new home on the beach. Our family of 13 truly enjoyed the easy beach access and the pool. We hired an amazing chef for two dinners and rented golf carts to get around. We highly recommend this home for your family vacation. "

"This villa was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We loved having the pool right out the front door, and the gated community was the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. There are dozens of restaurants (and shopping) within a 10-15 minute walk, and we enjoyed watching the monkeys in the trees during our walks to the beach (about 15 minutes). "Lovely villa, close to the beach and walking distance to all amenities. Beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. Playa Hermosa is more laid back and quiet than some of the other beach towns nearby, and the villas here were quiet too. Only thing that was a bit confusing was the address as google maps didn’t recognize it, but it wasn’t too difficult to figure out. "

"I took my extended family, all ten of use to Playa Flamingo for a seven day trip over the new year. Everything regarding the home was exactly as described in the listing. One major concern was the safety of the three and five year olds with us, stairs to the beach, railing and other possible hazards. this ended being a non-issue. "The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services....

"Me and bestfriend stayed a 8 days. Needed more time so much to do and we did everything. Food fresh and amazing. People so nice and bilingual. My Spanish is limited LOL bano. Night life a vibe, volcano mud and falls so amazing. "

Occidental Papagayo - Adults Only - All inclusive

"Beautiful Place, on the mountain side of the pacific coast, the main staircase from reception down to the first large pool is incredible. Birds, Monkeys, Iguanas--everywhere. Nice people, friendly service, lots of food and drink options. Beach has wonderful shells at low tide and great swimming. Rent a car for your stay and travel on your own to some of the remote beaches to the North--the roads are rough--but the adventure is something you will remember for the rest of your days. Take two big drives--go to Monte Verde and see the cloud forest--don't forget to drink some coffee in Monte Verde's small town on the way out. Then go to Rincón de la Vieja National Park and see the volcano. Just incredible. VIDA PURA"
