"1st time in Budapest, it was amazing Mainly!!!! because of tge front desk people. Smile, kind heart and there for the guest. Had a tech issue with the AC, It was on hot all the time, we advised the front desk, in lesss than 15 min the head arrives and escorted us to the 3rd floor with an upgread room.... Can't stop writing good things about the front desk but to be honest, also the hospitality during breakfast in the restorant was nothing less. Shapo, well done "

"Lovely hotel with great view over the river. Comfy bed, clean room. Only fault was the room was a bit too warm even with aircon turned to cool. We arrived early in the morning as our flight had been delayed, and were offered breakfast before we went for a much needed sleep. Very good location near tram stop and a short walk to the Metro and bus stops. Nice restaurants nearby, and easy to get to Buda castle and Fisherman’s Bastion. "Had a great stay. The staff were unbelievably kind and helpful. The location can't be beat. The food and drinks were top notch. Definitely going to stay again next time we visit Budapest. Two complaints are the air-conditioning does not go down below 18°Cand the shower in our room was ridiculous. It was just a narrow shower head so it shoots a narrow stream of water. The stream is so narrow that it does not even cover your whole body while you're under it. "
