When we asked concierge (who was kind)to assist with the temperature they informed us that this was set and we could have the very large wondow open, whilst this helped, This solution due to the height of the room and the size of the window i didnt want to sleep with it wide open (ive been known to sleep walk) It would have been easier to have been able to adjust the controls to around 20 degrees rather...
