"This is a really beautiful hotel but i would not say that it is 5 star. The room was spacious & beautiful but the bathroom had a tub/show but no curtain or glass so every time you took a shower the floor was soaking wet. Maid service was very diligent & quick for the most part, they have a pillow menu but don't actually have the pillows when you order them & never delivered anything as an alternative. "Loved our stay at the Corinthia and I I'll return in the future. The upgrade to the Executive club was worth it a nice place to sit and have a couple of drinks and some food after a day sightseeing. The only slight negative would be our room and although it was fine it was maybe more a 4 star room but everything else about the hotel was 5 star including the Spa which was excellent. "

"A comfortable spacious room in a conveniently located hotel with an excellent and attentive staff. What more could one ask for? How about an excellent Italian Restaurant 8’ out the door?! I most definitely recommend this reasonably priced Hotel for all travelers. I am handicapped and the Hotel has an elevator. And did I mention that it is very reasonably priced? 5⭐️’s on every level. "A pleasure to stay at this quality hotel with good breakfast ,and excellent staff who were a credit to the hotel.Very well sited to the city ,easily reached from the airport via the 59 bus ,then metro train on Line A. i think 6 stops to Mustek,(direction Depo Hostivar )and five minute walk.45 minutes airport to hotel.40kz(about2€) per person.great break."

"Service was amazing from the reception staff. Check in was faultless (minus the long queue)! The 4*’s were for things like the bath tub/shower area was quite dated in comparison to the rest of the room and not the cleanest, there was no hair conditioner, just an empty bottle but we survived. Rooms could have been cleaned everyday for the price we paid (almost £250 a night). Hot water was good, instant every time, no long wait for it to warm up.
