"Attractive building and public areas. Check-in on a Sunday evening very good with friendly member of staff. Bar tender also friendly and accommodating. Not all day time reception staff as friendly. Room comfortable, but quite drab, could easily be brightened with more colourful curtains. My room seemed to have a WC plumbing problem with sudden, very loud noises and accompanying bad odours. Excellent location for all the public means of transport of Budapest opposite the hotel. "

"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""

"The room was much larger than I expected with a separate living and dining area, kitchen and separate bedroom and bathroom. There was a washer/dryer in the bathroom which was mentioned when I booked the room which made traveling with fewer clothes an option for a long trip. The location is close to several metro and bus lines which made traveling to the Castle Hill and City Park areas easy. Ruin bars being nearby was also a plus."
