"A quiet and peaceful hotel that has modern vibes. There is a free wine hour at the bar that I was able to get. It was really nice to hang out and have a glass of wine to wind down after venturing around and exploring. I also received a free drink ticket. "The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious, well equipped and clean. Also love the public onsen and easy access to the ski trails. The only thing to complain is the limited selection of food and grocery supplies near the hotel (no convenience stores and lack of dinner choices except hotel restaurant which is just average or 30 minutes drive to Otaru city). But overall still a good bargain at low season. Not sure about prices in high ski season though."

"Love this hotel, it is reasonably priced but the quality and service exceeded all my expectations. There is an entrance to the underground tunnel network linking to metro and JR. The club lounge is as good as what a 5-star hotel may offer, breakfast is of decent quality. Most importantly, the room is of good size by Japan standards, it is comfortable and clean. This will be the only hotel I will stay if I return to Sapporo!"

"Great position there was a bus stop right outside when we got the bus from airport and when you leave bus stop on next block. This was convenient considering the weather. Check in was good we had a room on the twentieth floor overlooking the city which was great to watch the weather roll in. A lot of the sights were only a short walk and main train station was about 10 minute walk. Room was comfortable twin beds with space under beds to put stuff to make more room. The hotel was more European than japanese. Breakfast was excellent so many choices from local to western food. My husband especially like the smoked salmon and caviar"

"Self check in was very easy, and they gladly held our bags because we were early. Room was a little tight/small, but it was clean. We got a smoking room for some reason, so there was a noticeable (but not too heavy) smell of smoke. They provided a room and clothing spray, which was very thoughtful and we used it often. It's located very close to the train station so it was easy to get around. The free breakfast had a great spread of Japanese foods and some Western foods."
