"It was a nightmare registering in because there is no one there to admit you to the hotel. There is no phone number even on the website. We arrived at the entrance, unlit, during the night. You see, I got an email from the hotel confirming our stay written in the email headline. So, I never bothered to read the email. It was a mistake but this is a natural response. "Very clean and had every amenity provided (laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toiletries). But one of the upper bunks creaked a lot. Probably needs tightening of the screws. Good thing we only needed 3 beds so it didn’t affect us. Location was very near both the subway and streetcar (5 min walks) Can take airport bus straight to Sapporo prince hotel and then walk 10min to accommodation. "
