The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. The staff was amazing. The Food menu offered something for everyone both Western and Japanese preferences. The hotel is close walking distance to most shopping and tourist locations and close to all metro transportation. I would definitely stay at the Cross Hotel again!!!

Where do i start? Staff support friendly. The room was the best that we had on our Japan trip. Super comfy bed and pillows. The Onsen was the most opulent on our entire trip. The only thing was that could have topped it off, was a higher room. We had a view of a brick wall.

Just a great hotel! The hotel has very friendly staff and is as clean as it can be. It is close to the JR main railwy station, ideal if you want to discover Sapporo.
