"The only concern I have is that on the website it said it’s only six or so kilometres. In fact it’s a 30 minute drive and it cost over 400 pesos by taxi. If the shuttle could pick you up it would be an added bonus; however I couldn’t find a phone number on the website. I did get the shuttle “to” the airport, which was a nice added bonus. PS the breakfast was very nice and staff were amazing! "

"This hotel was absolutely amazing in terms of location and staff. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the food/drink items in the 24 hr cafe were included in the price of the hotel. The only items we had to pay for were wine and alcohol (other than beer, that was included). They had a good selection in the cafe and the staff there were so friendly and food/drinks were served promptly. The breakfast was a good selection of traditional American and Mexican dishes. The view overlooking the Zocalo was amazing, especially when the center was filled with people. And a special shout-out to Daniel, our doorman. He was the absolute best, so sweet and had the best smile! He was there to help us check in and check out and made sure that we were picked up promptly with our driver. Raul was also very helpful during pickup from the hotel to the airport. Overall, we would definitely stay again at this hotel because of the amenities, location and the staff. "
