"The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, pool and hot tub clean and pool area clean with plenty of towels. I hope you keep the hot tub. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Manager was mopping the floor from the snow that was tracked in. Don't see that very often anymore. Will look to stay here if in the area again. "

"I was there for a few days of skiing. Room was clean and nice. Staff were very nice as well. Location is good for getting to Camelback or Jack Frost. Also, easy commute to Stroudsburg area. Ample shopping and restaurants nearby too. I would definitely stay at this property in future travel. "

"The room was clean and all the staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant had really good food and was a nice chill atmosphere. The hotel is kind of dated could use a remodel and only one elevator was working. But other wise we had a nice stay at the chateau "
