So I would've given 5 stars throughout , but unfortunately I have a disability that weighs on everything I do . The staff was amazing. The breakfast was good , room was clean , Overall I loved the stay . The biggest issue was the extremely uncomfortable bed . I can't stress enough though for a normal person with a normal body this may of been fine , but for someone who has back problems and other body pain I don't recommend this stay, simply because of the sleeping situation . But other than the bed and highway noise I was happy with my choice . Thank you !

I loved the location and the modern feel of this hotel. Rooms are very clean and I loved the hot/cold breakfast which was very good! Coffee and tea 24 hrs. My two complaints are one- floor of the bathroom needed a good scrubbing. It made our feet dirty. Something has to be done about the floor. It was swept but not scrubbed as it had black dirt in the pores of the floor. Two-the pillows need to be replaced. I read that and hoped it wouldn’t be as bad as those who reviewed it said. Unfortunately pillows aren’t great. Overlooking those two things I was quite happy with our stay. We requested and received two rooms which were adjoined which made our trip much nicer.

First room at checkin had mold around the window. I went to front desk asked for manager and the manager was not available so front desk person changed my room. The second room had mold around the window and on bathroom ceiling. The bathroom was never cleaned because there was hair in the tub and on the floor near the sink. The floors were dirty and dirt stains on walls in the bathroom. This place was completely unacceptable. I took photos and when i went to the front desk again to speak to the manager, again the clerk said the manager was not available but they would refund my full cost. I will never stay there again.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Plenty of parking. Great location to walk to shops and restaurants. Came for a show at the Sherman and was great to be able to walk there. Would recommend this hotel!

I was charged $236.20 for the room and then told there was an additional convience fee of $50.00, for that price the room should have been spotless. The room was dirty, the floor was dirty and sticky the bathroom was disgusting. I had to retrieve my boys ball from under the bed and that floor was rancid and had not been cleaned in a very long time. Totally dissatified and will never recommend or stay there again. I think my room cost should be refunded but I know that will never happen.
