"Have never been told welcome back, nice to see you again. Was not asked how our stay was. Did not tell us we could not charge to room but had to use a credit card for all purchases. When they have special nights they close on sight restsurants. Forces you to go out somewhete."

"The VIP benefits offered are excellent but the staff were unaware and getting them was overly complicated. Beautiful property. Very relaxing but have access to more activities next door. The staff are very friendly and eager to please. The food is very good. "

"Incredible experience if you are just interested in staying in a hotel that has everything. Absolutely great for kids. Only thing that was a little odd and I hope they change at some point is they seem to only let you take taxis out vs Uber and they are more expensive. "

"Great views and big rooms and spaces. Overall amazing property ground and pool area. If you are a full sun-lover, not the best as the pool has only partial sun in some spots etc, amazing of you like sitting in the shade and enjoying the view and pool etc, so it was perfect for us. 2nd BDRM in the 2bed suite (Hortensia/4) want great. Just a double and not that new or flat, so for an adult couple it would not be my choice next time, not to mention the window into the stairway which could be loud...

"Our stay here was amazing! Lynn was the best host and very helpful with ideas/suggestions before the trip. She also checked in once we were at the property to make sure all was great. She is wonderful to work with and this property had the best balcony and views. It was also an incredible unit to stay in for two families of 4 (eight total). I would highly recommend working with Lynn as well as this property!"

"It was all very nice except that the beach is very small and most of the huts were pretty much covered up with sand. They could also use a little more entertainment at night to keep the kids busy but for the rest it was a beautiful place!"

"Pools were nice, the infinity pool was a bit cool but it was almost always empty so i had the pool to myself, that was great. The usual issue that every resort has, people leaving stuff on pool chairs to reserve them and you do not see anyone in them for hours. This makes it difficult to get chairs anywhere in the pool area. Rooms where good we booked 2 rooms for 7 people, both rooms were good. Beds where very good. "Surrounded by the jungle and mountains,you are in the only big resort on the Bay. The Zoo is in walking distance, and many tours are available from the front desk. We had excellent meals at the different restaurants. Swimming and snorkelling in the bay is a blast, and Los Arcos is very close. Oh, and the Taco lady makes 'em fresh and fast."

"Overall, the property is amazing. The rooms are well maintained and my family and I has an amazing week. The only two, very nitpicky problems, were 1) the location is far from many attractions and it's a 40 min drive to downtown, and 2) some of the lounge chairs in the pool areas have seen better days."
