"Everything very good, except the mattress and pillows. Mattress are old very uncomfortable same as the bed pillows."

"Updated location. Great place. Near the exit to the supermarkets in bucerias. The place itself is so relaxing. There were families, but they were great about having the families in their designated pool. The views were amazing and the service great. Quick check in and the room was wow. The view from the room, you could see the whole building plus the ocean. Only stayed here for one night. The grill restaurant staff was amazing, they accommodated us and the food there was exceptional. The buffet food was ok, lots of options for everyone so that’s a plus. They always had lots of veggies and fruit out to suit everyone’s needs. "

"I stayed at this hotel in 2013 and it was great back then. It is even better now. Great staff, great food, great bars, great pool, great beach, and plenty of things to do. My only problem is that I gained too much weight but that was my fault. I will go back."
