"The hotel is very convenient for getting to by bus, there's a couple restaurants nearby and cafés nearby - the room was nice and big, and the bed was massive! I enjoyed the reading chair and the big TV which had YouTube as well"

"Cashless property and all payments by card at bar with tip options (which are annoying). Staff very friendly. No Guinness on Tap, only in cans. Cocktails are nice but expensive. You can borrow guitar from the bar and jam out on an Amp in the room! New hotel so very clean and tidy. USB in room but only two."

"We stayed in a family room for 4 and it was amazing, plenty of room and space and so bright and airy. The beds were extremely comfy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. The luas stop was right outside the hotel so couldn’t have been handier. With the free parking onsite this was a great option for us. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This is our third visit to the Skylon and we still love to stay here while in Dublin. The staff are always incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the older doorman. Right on the bus line, it is very convenient to catching the bus into city center or up to the airport. The Cat & Cage pub a block away serves some of the best food in the city. There are amenities within walking distance and the closeness to the Botanic Gardens & Griffith Park make it such a pleasant visit. We consider the Skylon our Dublin home each time we visit. "
