"This hotel has a bar and good food options on property but is also across the street from The Square shopping mall which offer more dining option within walking distance along with great shopping. The rooms are a nice size and room amenities are replaced regularly. My only complaint was the room was too hot even with the radiator off and window open and fan on. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and underground parking is very convenient."

"Great hotel for basic accommodations. It is a pedestrian only walking area so the taxis cannot get to the front entrance. But the tram is right there and the staff is great such as Theresa at Osten Bar and Faye at the front desk and Phil providing that extra excellent service. "
