We had a wonderful time. We really liked the location and proximity to the city. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We couldn’t locate wash clothes/face towels. Some of the residents were a little loud at night. Not sure there are quiet hours or not. We would stay again.

This is a unique and beautiful small hotel-more like an apartment. We loved that it's just across the Temple Bar District with lots of placed to visit, eat and drink. The rooms have a full kitchen and a washer/dryer which we loved, we only take carry-ons so we end up needing to wash clothes. We loved the coffee and bread at the little coffee shop at the site and we felt save all the time. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay and great onsite team. The building and rooms were clean and lovely and all the amenities. Loved the washer and dryer and mini kitchen. Made it easy to wash cloths before departing. Less to do when you get back home. I would highly reccomend staying here. It centrally located and made it walkable everywhere. Temple bar areas was just a bridge hop over the river with plenty of shopping and food options.

My husband and I really enjoyed the location of this hotel. We were able to walk to many points of interest. There were lots of shopping options nearby as well as pubs and restaurants. The room was clean and well designed. We enjoyed the view as well as the cafe downstairs. Our only regret is not booking a longer stay.

I stayed here for a week for work and play. It was perfect for my needs traveling solo. My own tiny apartment. Super clean. Many evenings I didn’t feel like going out to restaurant since it was very busy and cold weather outside. Convenience shops with grocery and off sale options within easy walking distances. Many of the major museums all within walking distance. Appreciated being right on the river Liffey and next to Ha’penny bridge. Bus stop super close that goes straight to and from the airport for £8. Tour bus to the west coast right across the bridge too. I think a standard room might be a bit tight for two people, but I like my space. The restroom was larger than expected, which was nice. Big storage closet. Cooking range and oven, Washer/dryer, appliances and silverware, dishes, glasses, pans, soaps, toaster, larger size mini fridge, etc all included. Super friendly staff, one of them actually gave me their personal unopened water, when I was running late for a tour. Only slightly annoying things you may want to know 1. the card lock system. Most places I’ve stayed out of the USA require you to use your card key to get to your floor on the elevator, but this hotel you must use it multiple times through several doors just to get to your room. 2. The cafe on the first floor wasn’t open until 7am. In fact, I couldn’t find a cafe close by to get coffee from anywhere near that was open before 7am. 3. No directions for operating the stove and oven. Call the front staff.

The hotel and staff were nice, we had a studio room because we wanted to use the washer and dryer, but it turned out they had those in several other floor plans. The room stayed quite humid and felt a little untidy/smelly due to the once a week housecleaning and lack of any kind of air flow, and we had to do dishes and takes out our own trash. We also received quite a bit of pushback when we asked for clean towels and an extra blanket. I'd also say the cafe was nice and quite busy. When we used the washer and dryer it took and incredibly long time and was outrageously loud, so we only ended up being able to do two loads on our last day. Overall it wasn't a bad stay but next time I'd look for somewhere with more services or at least easier to use services.

Incredible place to stay which seems more like an apartment than a hotel. Although I never used it, you have access to washer/dryers as well. Very good location near the Temple Bar area and you will find no shortage of places to go for good food and good fun.

The property is impeccably clean, and it is in the heart of the city close to everything.The two issues are the water temperature for the showers was too low, sometimes only reaching lukewarm and the beds which seem kind of cheap. If you move too abruptly on them you risk popping out the wooden slats that support the mattress which happened twice during our stay. If these two items were remedied, it would be 5 stars in my opinion

The Biggest takeaway or gift about this place, is that they allowed us to extend our departure by two (2) hours. They gave us all that we needed on the daily. Would definitely recommend!!
