"Nice boutique hotel located just 2 blocks from the Pingtung train station where one can easily find regular trains to nearby cities. The facility provides breakfast, hot/cold water machine at each floor, and laundry facilities - great convenience for a busy traveler. For those traveling in the summer (we were there in August) - the climate is very hot and humid. "Room 203 was bright and airy because it has access to a balcony. The bathroom is private inside the room, but the shower wets the toilet because there is no divider. Housekeeping knocked once during our four-day stay and emptied our garbage. The host seems to live in a connected home next door, and it was a nice arrangement to be able to ask questions if needed but they give guests a lot of privacy and peace. "The room was clean. The bed was harder than I prefer, but not rock solid. Good air conditioning. Good wifi. The owner spoke enough English to get me checked in. If he needed help he asked a neighbor. The scooter rental was a very good deal and one of the best parts of my trip. The electric scooter is a good way to see Kenting. The hotel was a bit loud at times. Some rooms had play areas for children. I recomend the Totoro room for those with kids. Would stay again."

"We loved our room, with balcony and ocean view as promised. We rented a scooter, which was a great way to see the area. The room was on the 3rd floor, with lots of steps so would not work if you cant climb stairs. The farmers market was right there. Only complaint was that there was no one there to give us back our passport. We did find someone, so it worked out."

"First time visiting south of Taiwan, this place made this trip much more memorable! Beautiful common area, room is spacious, breakfast went beyond our expectation. Stuffs are the best part, always smiling and attentive to us. We even got invitation from them to revisit again and bbq together! :p"

"The hotel is difficult to find and the phone dropped many time when I call for directions and during conversations. Finally I asked the police officers and the officers showed me where is the hotel office. The property is not maintained. Grass are growing tall at the step stone of the entrance. "The room was clean and attractive with a nice view of the back treed area. A basic room. Lacked seating in the room such as a desk area. One inside wooden chair provided. It was very central to the market and we walked to two beaches. One beach, the closest, apparently was not recommended for swimming. "The property is right across the street from the ocean with great walking paths. There are no restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance. They offer driver service, which I used to go to the aquarium. The pricing was very reasonable. I reserved a single, which was WAY roomier than I expected. The double bed was very comfortable. The hotel as a whole could use a refresh, but had some nice amenities. The laundry room was clean and priced below the usual. The restaurant food is mediocre, which is a shame since that's your only choice if you don't have a car."
