"Very pleasant stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was eco friendly, which meant they only provided soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The rest, such as toothbrush, shower cap, etc were still available at reception for purchase. There was free 24 hr snack bar service, which included instant noodles, biscuits and drinks. A minor issue was the bed was slightly hard for my liking and the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. But not a major concern."

"I had a great stay in the hotel. Location is quite centralized and walking distance to the night market. Room is great and clean. The only issue I've is the lack of beverages in the room. I've to get the tea and coffee sachets from the lounge in basement, after asking the staff; I wasn't told that beverages could be obtained from the basement. Will be good if beverage sachets be provided in the room instead."

"2泊しました。常時スタッフはいないと書いてあったので多少の不安はありましたが、チェックイン時はスタッフが待機していて色々と説明してくれました。周りは住宅街でコンビニが少し離れているのがちょっと不便でしたが、静かで過ごしやすかったです。スタッフがいないのはちょっと不安もありますが、滞在中特に問題はなかったのです。街の中心地までは3キロ程離れているのが難点？ですが、行きはぶらぶら歩いて、帰りはバスに乗りました。駅に近い方が便利と考えるか？中心地に近い方が良いか？だと思います。"

"Hospitality of the staff and a gentleman (whom I guess is the manager) at this hotel is amazing. The warmth and sincerity is just so different from luxury hotels in large cities. The hotel modern, relatively new and just 5 mins walk from Hualien train station (visible from the station exit) and close to many car rental agencies. Undoubtedly my top choice if I return to Hualien in future."
