"Very nice to have a washer and dryer available for free. The dryer did take a long time to work though. Appreciate the complimentary coffee machine and instant noodles at night. The hotel was very clean. My main concern is the small room size. My wife and I had to stack our checked luggage to fit it all. Also, our room only has 2 power outlets besides the ones in the bathroom. Made it difficult to charge everything. Pleasant staff who were able to help with directions "

"After I took the Taoyuan Airport Express Train to the last station named Taipei Main Station I exited Gate 5 and turned right (South). I kept walking with my luggage for about 500 meters and the Via Hotel was very next to the Family Mart store (at the corner). If you want to take MRT to other places the nearest one was NTU Hospital and it was very close to the hotel.
