"We stayed for Thanksgiving. You walk out the door and the Lake is right there. Absolutely breathtaking. Safeway is a one minute drive away, Northstar is a 10-15 minute drive away. It was great. The cabin was clean, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen was stocked for our Thanksgiving cooking needs."

"We had a wonderful time here. We cooked up a great Thanksgiving meal. Just make sure you don’t leave any food in your vehicles. It was around 8 in the morning and we seen a brown bear open up the neighbors car doors and took out a juice box. The kids loved seeing the bear lol. The bear didn’t even leave any scratches on the car doors "

"The good: very close to Tahoe Recreation Area. You can walk there or drive and park, then walk or hike all around. Also close to two grocery stores, lots of restaurants, and Kings beach. Parking is on a little u-shaped driveway, which is great. Lots of windows throughout the cabin and a few ceiling fans keep the air moving. Communication and check-in were good enough but, a couple instances took host over a day to respond and checkin instructions were sent kind of late, 1 hr before checkin. And you have to see a message in text to check email and click another link to get information"
