"We were worried about the traffic noise but were lucky to get a large room on the 9th floor with a balcony and it was very quiet. Location is great. Close to the Central Station and the tram. We were walkable to Chinatown and the harbor and the Star Casino. Our one complaint is the housekeeping schedule was inconsistent and some days we never did get service but we were credited for this when we checked out. Breakfast was included and it was very good. "

It is near 100 resturants, like Turkish Pizza (loved Erysies!) or polish (great food, but i forgot the name). The hotel offers a heap of brekfast stuff at no charge, so that was awesome. The bathroom looked recently renovated, too. I thought it was going to be noisy on Cleaveland st, but it wasn't (the double windows work well).
