"Initially, I was a bit nervous about this hotel after reading some mixed reviews, but our experience exceeded all expectations. We stayed for eight days with our family, including young adults, and had a truly spectacular time. The service was outstanding across the board: housekeeping was attentive, the front desk staff greeted us warmly every time we came and went, and the valet service was incredibly efficient and helpful. The team working on the beach also stood out, ensuring a pleasant experience by setting up umbrellas and chairs and always being ready to assist. Even the restaurant staff added to the overall wonderful experience. We had no complaints at all. Sure, the elevators can be a bit slow, but hey, you're on vacation—why not just relax and enjoy the moment? We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon. Highly recommended!"
