Countless problems with no remedy! 1) no access to pool for the full 5 days and got the run-around by dimitri over and over again!!!! Had 4 kids with me and we NEVER were able to see the pool! 2) washer and dryer on premises but discovered after doing a load that the dryer was broken! 3) microwave broken and dimitri completely ignored my complaints 4) a 5 night stay for 5 people and we were given 4 very crispy...
