PARCEL AND SHIPPING
Our Concierge team can readily assist you with packages and shipping during your stay. Every registered guest can order products and mail them. Meanwhile, they are accepting reservations taking place within the next ten days, and they will save for 14 days after the guest's departure.
The concierge department is responsible for processing all the shipments. The hotel reserves the right to reject any package based on safety and security. A fee of $5.00 per box is applicable for up to 10-bags; additional packages are subject to a $15.00 additional charge per package.

Other things to note
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
We would like to inform you that construction of a new residential building has started near our hotel. We want to assure you that despite this, your comfort and experience remain our top priority.
Please note that the construction will not affect any of our amenities and services, and it will take place between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. There may be some noise during certain periods within that timeframe, but it will not be constant and will depend on the construction schedule.
Unfortunately, the construction next door is beyond our control. However, we will do everything in our power to ensure you have a wonderful stay at our hotel. We appreciate your confidence in choosing our condominium for your stay in Miami.

FEES PAYABLE FOR THE GUESTS DURING THE STAY
The Marenas Beach Resort charges the following fees for every booked apartment:
1. Valet Parking: $35.00 per night, mandatory if you bring a car.
2. Resort Service: $28.25 per night.
3. Administrative Fee: $10.00 per night of Administrative Fee
*The Resort and Administrative fees are capped after 21-days, meaning that you don't pay more after that frame. The fees start accumulating again after the 30th-day period.
*That is an approximate idea about the cost of the fees; the tenant must assume any variation. The host is not responsible for them.
