This hotel was amazing. I came for a short stay but the hotel staff were very welcoming, the young lady who checked me and my family in was so sweet I can't remember her name but she was amazing and very helpful. The beach staff AMAZING "if I can give them 10 stars" I would because we had a baby and we asked a lot of them and they never complained and always helped with open arms we really appreciated them. Thanks again to all hotel staff especially to "who checked us in as well as the beach staff" very well mannered!

I am not sure about other rooms but ours needs renovation; we had problems with air conditioning which made loud noise and the worst was bathtub faucet which was not working properly and was unable to keep water flowing up to shower except you keeping it up by your hand. The lady who checked us in said she would upgrade one of our rooms. Both rooms were the same when we went upstairs. She later told us she made a mistake. Also deleted all of one rooms keys when one of us switched to a digital key. She wasn’t friendly, seemed like we were always inconveniencing her.
