"The location is in the middle of a large complex mostly occupied with full time residents. It is a gated complex which requires an access code to enter. No office or check in area on site. We had to have Expedia customer service Mack contact as our direct calls went unanswered. After much frustration, we made contact and received the code to enter. The unit was not as clean as advertised. Bathrooms were dirty and had obviously not been cleaned. Dishes and glasses were dirty and had to be...

"Everything is there u want! Food, entertainment, sport book, spa! Had a fabulous time and very comfortable. One thing….the smoking, if u could have a non smoking section for the hotel as well as the gambling casino…would be good. I retire to my room because I had difficulty breathing. Only to be awaking coughing because somewhere somehow my room was filled with cigar smoke! I had to open the balcony window to let it out! A minor inconvenience but the property was top notch!"
