"Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would stay there agin but I will comment on things that needed improving... I did not realize how far away from the strip the hotel was and incurred 400.00 in uber fees but this is no fault of the hotel. Additionally, we were misinformed though that there was a shuttle from the hotel to the strip. We arrived late on Friday evening having traveled from South Florida. I thought it was impersonal and exhausting to drag our luggage from the hotel lobby...

"We enjoyed this rental. Clean..nice that one bedroom/bathroom is on first floor for those that may prefer minimal stairs. Bedrooms/ bathrooms were nice, kitchen very user-friendly. Enjoyed patio/pool lounging. Host provided all necessary information day of arrival, would've preferred a little earlier to provide to other guests. There is no hot tub, should be removed from description. Tried to use grill, propane tank was empty. All in all a positive experience though "

"my husband and i were playing in a volleyball tournament with our young adult daughters and their friends (all ages 20-25). the 8 of us loved staying at sara's place - it was beautiful and comfortable! everyone had their own bed and there was so much space to hang out. the kitchen had everything needed to make a delicious meal -which the 6 "kiddos" did for us on saturday night! we found a nice folding table and folding chairs in the garage for puzzle and games. the kitchen was filled...

"Overall very poor and did not meet VRBO standards. We enjoyed Summerlin and the HOA operations. The owner did not list the property deficiencies that she was well aware of. We communicated our concerns to the owner directly and they were ignored. VRBO can check our email chain for our concerns expressed to the owner and her answers or lack thereof. We believe that we were over charged and we are owning for the inconveniences for not being able to make much use of the kitchen until we went...
