"Staff were 10/10!! Very helpful and go above and beyond. The only thing we didn’t love was the cleanliness of everything, which was surprising given Japan’s usual high standards. We were staying for a month and had to ask for our room to be vacuumed (it looked like it hadn’t been done when we first checked in). Lots of dust and hair from previous guests around the room as well. Other than that, enjoyable stay. "

"I at this hotel for three nights with my family. The hotel is clean and the staff is kind. Location is great, right in the middle of action, and yet the room was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked really well, the room was super clean. A great experience, that's for sure!"

"Very clean accommodations. Small, cozy room with basic amenities. I like that there is one or two staff members always at the front desk, no matter what time it is. The key card is keyed only to your floor for extra security. Location is excellent to the Sensoji temple within a short walking distance and amazing food vendors during the new years week. Free hot/iced coffee drinks in the lobby. Extra amenities are available for a small fee. Good value for its price. "

"Good room, great bed, good view, clean washroom, great mini hot spring, the gym was very basic but had everything you needed. Even had a viewing deck. Just well put together. Laundry and restaurant on site. Only thing to consider is maybe the train might annoy some. We were on floor 7."

"Local bakery just around the corner, convenient store in less than 5 mins walk, metro in 10-15mins walk, lots of restaurants on the way to metro, rooftop has great view of the skytree, overall nothing to complaint except maybe the Tatami was a bit hard for my back, maybe perfect for elderly, would rate 10 if there’s a mattress for my poor back! Front desk also very helpful!"

"The room is tiny. Okay for one person but tight for two. Booked 2 rooms for a couple and myself. The rooms are cleaned every 3 days but with daily supply of fresh towels and yukata (kimono), coffee/tea refills which was nice. There was day 1 complimentary water bottles and their tap is noted as ‘drinkable’. The check-in is a bit complicated. It took sometime to check-in with the male staff not very pleasant. My card key and receipt eventually came out of the machine and I was asked to take it. No mention that the room number is on the receipt, I had to ask instead of me being informed. All hotel instructions are on the TV screen as one enters the room. Again, there was lack of information at the reception level that we were to expect this. The hotel reception area is so tiny, with only 3 chairs available for guests. We checked out at 10am after 6 nights and we left our luggage for storage and came back at 2pm for our airport pickup at 3pm. The female staff on check out was very nice this time compared to the aloof check-in male receptionist. When we came back, we stood for almost an hour as there were no seats. The area was full to the brim including numerous luggage. Otherwise, very close to train station exit, restaurants, Sensoji temple and shopping streets. Tokyo sky tree is also close by. "

Great hotel handy to shops and transport

"This was our first stay in this hotel and it was a very pleasant stay. Great location (literally a lift ride down to the Metro or a 3 minute walk across the street to the JR station) and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, as well as a nice little park with a playground for kids. Kinshicho is a good base on the eastern side of Tokyo and you can get one train straight to Narita Airport at the end of your stay. The room was spacious for Japan and the amenities were nice, with a coin laundry on the 7th floor, which is always handy. Cleaning happens every second day (but fresh towels are delivered to your door daily) We had a standard twin with Sky Tree view which was really spectacular, and was very nice to watch the tower light up every night after the sun went down. Very nice hotel, will definitely go back."
