"The hotel's at a good location. Subway is 3 min walk, close to sensoji temple, but not busy. The suite got updated so we had a view of the skytree tower. The room is spacious, clean, and lovely. The futons were soft and the beds are big for 1 person. The male staff is nice at helping us get luggage transfer and answering our questions. Thank you Koko, we enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended."

"Overall a good Stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was quaint. The food was good even for a limited menu. The main frustration was transportation. Able to get to the different tourist spots from this hotel was hard. I had to use taxis a lot because of confusion with switching between rail and bus just to get back to hotel. Would stay somewhere closer next time. "

Only one train ride from Narita Airport (Narita Express), Only about 10mins walk from Asakusa station and 15mins taxi ride to Tokyo station where we got the Shinkansen to Osaka. Extremely clean property, my family and i loved it and would definitely recommend to families with children (ours 13 and 11) would stay here again! "

"It’s close to the train station. The front desk workers were so friendly and helpful. They spoke English and some spoke several other languages. The buffet breakfast was delicious but we were there for over a week so would have appreciated daily changes in what was offered. Although delicious, it was exactly the same everyday. "Henn na Hotel was about as basic as they come. Room was small but not too small. Beds were firm but still comfortable. Towels were thin but clean and they did the trick. Amenities were available but no body lotion, which I didn't pack. Didn't expect the rooms to be serviced daily, but they were. Hotel was located very close to subway station and all the attractions in Asakusa. Restaurants and convenience stores all around. Wish there was at least ONE English speaking channel in the TV....
