We stayed here 5 years ago and it was great. Coming back we were hoping for the same but unfortunately the mattress were so hard you might as well sleep on the ground and on both floors we were on the people were loud every night. No one seemed to care about being quiet at any time of the night. We were here for a week and maybe 2 nights were ok for sound for one of us. I will say the staff are all very friendly and the options for restaurants and the station around it are all great. I can only say positive about the staff and facility because they were fantastic, but unfortunately the other guest did not respect the rules.

This is a very nice place, very clean and very quiet. The cubicle is perfect for an overnight stay, complete with what you need for a short visit (storage under the bed, comfortable bed, tv, pajamas, towels). The shower is clean and spacious. The 711 is across the street, with many other dining options. We enjoyed our stay!

This was super cute and quiet. I was excited and nervous about the pods because I wasn’t sure how big they were and how safe it would actually be. We had the entire floor to our self (we were a group of 5), the entire establishment is nice and quiet and there are cameras everywhere so I felt super safe. Plus there are key cards to get to your floor. The pods were very spacious and comfortable and you have tons of storage space under your bed. I like that you have a lock for your items as well. The shower and toilet room was super nice and there were plenty of places to eat around the hotel.

Great location, right next to the subway station exit (this line also takes you to Narita Airport) with McDonalds and Yamazaki just downstairs. Short walk up the road to Sensoji Temple. The pods are spacious and the bathroom are very clean. However, if you need complete darkness to sleep, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask as the main lights aren’t dimmed at night.

My recommendation on a Capsule Hotel
The hotel was a new but interesting experience, which i encourage others to join. While you might be scared of the lack of space and privacy, I found no issues with either and had a plentiful sleep. The hotel staff is quick to help and make sure you have a pleasent stay.

Booked 5 nights. Stayed one night. We had to book another hotel after the first night. The cubes have a curtain for privacy but you can everything. People snoring, walking, coughing, and moving around in their cube. They wouldn't refund the 4 nights we stayed.

Good location , large space
Yamazaki store and McDonald’s right downstairs to start your early morning exploration. This hostel also sells good breakfast. The showers are great , big bathrooms . Love how the beds are not stacked so no need to worry about making noise even you get up or turn in bed. Also big tv in each bunk, I connected my ps5. Will use again

The staff were very attentive to any need. The location was great since it was closely located to the subways and buses. It was very clean. Also as someone who is over 6’1’ and 250 pounds I had no problem with the size of my cube.

You don't need to check in everyday. McDonald's literally beside the hotel, train stations, 711 and lawson few minutes away by walking. Saved a lot staying here for a week exploring tokyo. Bring a rechargeable fan, it does get hot.

Property was overall very clean, had good amenties/necessities (really liked the storage space under the capsule), and nice staff. It's in a very good location- right next to a stop for the Asakusa Line, combini, late night restaurant, close to Sensoji, etc. Only stayed 1 night so don't have many comments other than it's great for a quick stay.
