"This was the 4th time staying at the George and for the last 2 times ive a room with a very small tv. So s.all on this stay that watching the football i had difficulty seeing who was who and were the ball was. Otherwise the staff are friendly the meal i had very good. Next time unless i have a room with the bigger tv screen i wont be able to book. Neil"

"This hotel is one we've been to 3 times now. I have a bit of a mixed review. The room was lovely, clean, good quality towels/bedding and very comfortable. We felt a little bit cold despite the radiator being on 5, so I asked the lovely lady on morning reception for some extra blankets. She said she'd get on to this. "Beautiful room with a lovely roll top bath in the annex building. Plenty of parking, friendly & helpful staff. Good cooked to order breakfast (extra charge). Have the option to use the living room in the main house in the evening. 10/10 would love to stay here again!"
