"Second time we stay at the Randolph. Mahesh in the front desk was wonderful. Very professional and helpful. The first night there was an issue with the water temperatura and pressure but the engineering department worked very fast to fix it. My thanks to engineering, it is a team you rarely see, but it is a very important department, especially in an older hotel such as the Randolph. "

Great staff, very friendly & alway there to help. We arrived earlier than our check in time & we were allowed in check in early which was great!
