"Had a great time here. Only spent one night but everything was as advertised. Check in and check out were smooth. We accidentally left some valuables behind after checking out and were able to call and come back to collect them when we realised. The lady on the phone and the rest of the team were very helpful. Highly appreciated! "

"It was ok the bed was very comfortable and spacious,room was ok but signs of damp on ceiling not so good ,had kettle and tea coffee and milk and water and microwave in room ,didn't feel like sitting in living room as it looked like housekeepers belongings at dining table ,shame no breakfast available but you get what you pay for as I enjoyed the comfy bed all to.myself "

"A lovely place to stay! Our cottage was perfect, good size and beautifully decorated. Such a peaceful place, easy to get into Cardiff centre. My daughter left her teddy behind and the staff were so helpful, they packaged him up ready for a courier to collect and let me know when he was collected. "

"Stayed a couple of times now. Food is great and good choice of drinks at the bar. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Also fresh milk given for your room and not in packets or individuals. "

"The room was very clean, beds comfy, en suite was nice and clean, huge TV, WIFI was brilliant, fridge was a nice touch as was tea. Coffee and biscuits, there was also nice soft towels and toiletries. On the down side I didn’t see a single member off staff or another guest, didn’t really think much to the key box check in. There was no restaurant or guest TV room. The street is very scruffy and rubbish strew all over the road."
