"Property and room very clean even though hotel is pet friendly. Easy check in at any time, staff available 24/7. Parking area is big and although full of you head back late, we always found a spot. Santiagos the restaurant inside hotel has amazing food! All in all a very cozy 5 star hotel. Also distance to old town is around 20-25 minutes. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Over all it was a good experience. NOT ENOUGH LIGHTING in rooms. Needs updated. Asked for light bulb to be replaced but never gor done. "

"Property was perfect for what we needed. We stayed 3 nights for nights of lights festival. Walkable to everything and a trolley stop right there Rooms were updated. Staff was very accommodating. We needed a pack and play so I called the morning of check in. They weren’t sure they had one. When we checked in our room we had a brand new pack and play waiting for us. I’m pretty sure one of the staff members went out to get it that day. "

"Very nice property. Great location. 5 miles from downtown St. Augustine. Beach is beautiful. Front desk personnel can be a bit curt. They aren't the most hospitable, but they're ok. The property does hit you with multiple fees. An amenity fee, a parking fee, a this fee, a that fee. So what it comes down to is that you're prepaying for the happy hour, breakfast, towels ect...after paying 400+ a night. It's nice, but you're paying for it. "

"The smell of mold in the hallway and rooms is horrible. The mattress needs replacing immediately it would sink in certain areas other than the not so bad"

"Room has a mold smell. Shower was in a garden tub that is very hard to get in and out of. Television was terrible . Very dark screen hard to watch. Romance package wine was 169 dollars for a 12 dollar bottle of wine and rose pettles . Expected a much better wine choice. Beach is across the street not on property which is very misleading in the ad. "

"Had a very quiet room in the back. Very reasonable pet fee. Very nice pool and hot tub. Comfy beds!! Kind enough to let us check in early. Will definitely stay again "
