"Back yard needs to be updated"

"for easy walking access to downtown, and also has several restaurants near the house (literally across the street and within a minute or two walk). House was clean and cute, very nice kitchen area altho we only used the refrigerator and microwave. Lighting in all rooms was abundant which i appreciated, especially in the bathroom (I hate dim/scanty lighting). Had to contact one of the hosts once and response was within minutes and he was helpful and kind. Would stay here again! "

"We had the perfect stay at Purple Juniper! Such a lovely, safe neighborhood and an easy walk to so many shops and restaurants downtown. Victoria was the perfect host, so easy to communicate with and willing to get us anything we needed our entire stay. The residence has an impressive and generous stock of every kitchen and pantry staple you could imagine, truly the best of any rental we have ever stayed at. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens and towels.10/10!"

Although there were a few MINOR things about our stay that could have been better (the water temperature was slightly cooler than we expected and the kitchen knives and can opener were flimsy and difficult to use), we think the overall experience was fantastic. "This home was impressive in size and amenities. We had a girls weekend getaway with about 12 women there each night. We all came over from Durango. The house was very comfortable for us to fit everyone sleeping and sitting at the table and in the living room. The house had a lot of fun amenities, great western mountain decor, and it was clean. "We had a small group and a short stay at this beautiful Durango property on Florida Road. We arrived immediately after a major snow storm, and we sincerely appreciated that the driveway had been plowed. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The hot tub was at the appropriate temperature. The house has many useful appliances, utensils and extras. I would strongly recommend this property for multi-family or larger group stays in the area."
