"This was a very comfortable and cozy place had everything you can imagine. The Kitchen was perfect and was lacking nothing. The only thing I would change is the TV was Very Small maybe 36" pretty hard to Watch a Movie. Other than that I would stay there again anytime."

"We had a small group and a short stay at this beautiful Durango property on Florida Road. We arrived immediately after a major snow storm, and we sincerely appreciated that the driveway had been plowed. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The hot tub was at the appropriate temperature. The house has many useful appliances, utensils and extras. I would strongly recommend this property for multi-family or larger group stays in the area."

"Great experience! Very clean AND easy to keep clean. Spacious, lots of light and good views. We cook and found the kitchen was excellent! A block off Main Avenue and the great restaurants and coffee shops. Location of apartment is on a service street so there is no noisy traffic. Space for one car off street parking.We had six people over for supper and was comfortable and easy. Plenty of convenient storage space. It was just right for us! (our only 5 star rating for the 2024)"

"I really enjoyed the space and the amenities. My only piece of feedback is that the heating system was very loud and vibrated a lot. It was a cold weekend, so it was a busy little furnace!The backyard was incredible and I plan to stay here again very soon!"
