"We arrived and the house was clean, the air conditioner on and a very lovely Welcome To Pagosa sign with a bottle of wine and two wine glasses sat on the kitchen island. The home is well appointed, the views from the deck are the best. We spent all our extra time sitting on the deck watching the tubers, deer and ducks/geese play in the water and admiring the mountain views. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and the master bedroom was large with chairs to relax in...

"This was a nice, clean and well appointed place to stay. It matched its listing description very well. The kitchen was well equipped, modern and clean. The outdoor patio / seating area was great on a warm day and there is a nice gas grill.The only disappointment was that when we went to watch The Oscars or sporting events, there was only a basic Roku package so that was not possible. Other than that the place was great and I would highly recommend. "

"This house is in a tight group of about 9 cute houses on a hill. They are very close together, and there is no view of anything from inside the house. Everything is pretty much as advertised, and it was a nice stay. Needs some more plates, bowls etc... only 6 of each."

"Only 30 mins from the slopes and easy access to Walmart. This condo is perfect. Only part I wish was different was the king mattress. A little soft for me but how can a rental please everyone ya know. If you’re looking for a great spot to get away in the mountains look no further."
