"Location, location and location is the commonly know key to real estate and this property is no different. It is located halfway between Ouray and Ridgway, Colorado behind a hill in such a way that it can not be seen from the highway. You can not hear any of the noise from the highway. The cabin is fine for two people and the only small nit I have to pick with it that the bedroom is upstairs while the bathroom/shower is downstairs. It was nice to discover that there was a new flatscreen TV...

"Booked this property for 10 adults to ice climb and ski. The house was very well equipped with five comfortable rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The kitchen had all the necessities for meals, coffee, etc. The hot tub added to our enjoyment of this beautiful home. We recommend this property and would stay here again. "

"This was a great place to stay for our ski trip. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, dry our gear at the end of the day, cook dinner, and relax by the fireplace. I would stay here again the next time I'm in Silverton. "

"Sleeps eight pretty comfortably and has a great patio overlooking the creek. Also has a heated garage. The only real downside was a lack of privacy between upstairs sleeping areas, but we would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us!"

"The location was great. Close to Ouray and Ridgway. Definitely need to follow the directions sent to you--do NOT use GPS. The drive to the property was up a steep hill so you need a vehicle with at least some type of AWD at a minimum due to the loose gravel. If there is rain or snow, it would be even more difficult. The cabin was very clean. The main bed was comfortable and the view out the bedroom window was magnificent!! Seating in the downstairs area is pretty tight, but there were...
