"We had a wonderfully peaceful stay at Charlie & Kait’s rental. The space was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Of special note, the bed was the perfect level of firmness and the shower had amazing water pressure. The area was spacious and private. Excellent and kind communication from the hosts and extra special touches that made our stay even more memorable. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to many restaurants and the riverfront. To top it off the Location was ideal-close enough for everyone to do their own thing in and around Salida and meet back at the house for family fun. Would we stay again? Yes!"

"the house was great. would do it again. the only thing is it says 2 hundred and something per night but after you do all the add Ons it comes to 400 a night. Kind of deceiving. "
