"Location, location and location is the commonly know key to real estate and this property is no different. It is located halfway between Ouray and Ridgway, Colorado behind a hill in such a way that it can not be seen from the highway. You can not hear any of the noise from the highway. The cabin is fine for two people and the only small nit I have to pick with it that the bedroom is upstairs while the bathroom/shower is downstairs. It was nice to discover that there was a new flatscreen TV...

"Booked this property for 10 adults to ice climb and ski. The house was very well equipped with five comfortable rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The kitchen had all the necessities for meals, coffee, etc. The hot tub added to our enjoyment of this beautiful home. We recommend this property and would stay here again. "

"Sleeps eight pretty comfortably and has a great patio overlooking the creek. Also has a heated garage. The only real downside was a lack of privacy between upstairs sleeping areas, but we would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us!"
