House is nicely stocked with kitchen essentials for enjoying meals at the house. Communication with property manager was easy and amazing. Hot tub is a great bonus. "This house is in the perfect location! Just outside Pagosa Springs in a very quiet neighborhood, but not super close to other houses. It is the quintessential mountain cabin with plenty of living space, but a cozy feel. The kitchen is well-stocked and it’s nice that each bedroom has an easily accessible bathroom. It was just what our weary souls needed!"

"This was the coziest little cabin and located conveniently near the lower shops of Pagosa. My family walked to the coffee shop and then walked along the and shops. It was quiet and private. The cabin was stocked with good amenities and we had everything we needed to prepare food. There isn’t anything I’d change about this place. "

The home is beautiful and well cared for and the views from every angle were just breathtaking. We were fortunate to have a snowfall the night before we checked out and the grandchildren were in heaven building little snow men on the deck area. While the location is great, the included shuttle service is what made it practical. The local Telluride property management team was great to work with, but the main fireplace was not operational and the snow removal poor. At this price point, AvantStay should improve on maintenance of this beautiful property."

"This house and location are, simply, the best we have ever stayed in, all throughout the US. You feel as if you are in a treehouse overlooking snow-topped mountains. And all around the house are many hiking trails, from short to long, all just what we like. The house is well-equipped and offers most anything you will need. "The location was NOT SKI IN/SKI OUT as advertised. There was however use of a second class ski valet at the base of the gondola outside the Camel Hotel. Still the location was greats about 3 short blocks to the gondola. Telluride is super small so we were close to everything. Telluride has more bars and restaurants whole Mt Village is more lodging. "
