"Our stay here was enjoyable. The only thing is the pools need an upgrade along with the splash pad at Hilton cypress grand vacations . Other resort pools and onsite amenities are much more up to date . Basketball court was cool, and playground and a few other onsite games . "

"I liked that it was clean but the rooms were noisy and view was of the abandoned hotels behind the property. I appreciate that Lucca at the front desk changed the accessible room to a regular room because “clearly didn’t need it” and it was “scummy” to have booked it. I couldn’t help but feel it was a jab at me. I honestly don’t remember the type of room I booked through Expedia. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. "

"I thought the hotel was perfect, from check-in to check-out. The only thing that concerned me was the lack of life guards on duty around the pools. My friends and I were lucky enough to have stayed in the River Island section of the hotel. We had walking distance access to the pool and lazy river, which were fabulous. However, what I did not understand was the amount of groups standing in the lazy river playing football? They would be throwing the football over adults, children, and babies. One ball hit me in the face, it hurt, imagine if that had been a baby. I was surprised this was allowed to happen, and the lack of life guards monitoring who should have stopped this. I would suggest the hotel address this issue before an accident occurs."

"We found the property to be in great shape. All of the exterior grounds were very well maintained. Our room was clean and all of our requests to the housekeeping staff were met in a timely manner. We like the proximity to the Epcot and Hollywood Studio parks. We would return and stay at this hotel again."
