"Very nice and clean condo. We have stayed in this complex before in a different unit. This one doesn’t have the ocean view, but it’s much quieter as it is off the waking path. We enjoyed the chairs and played with the beach toys.Appreciated the nice beach towels that were provided. Great location. Easy walk to Belmont park. Parking in the open spot for this unit, while narrow, is MUCH easier than the garage spots we have had to use in the past. We will definitely look to stay here again! "

"This is a really good option if you want to be close to downtown. Lots of good restaurants, bars, museums, ect. to see in a walkable distance. Just make sure to bring earplugs because this property is directly under the flight path for planes landing at the airport, they pass over only a couple hundred feet overhead continuously all day but slack off at night. Overall I enjoyed it. "

We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The unit was clean and well cared for. We would definitely stay here again if we visit pacific beach in the future."

"Cleanliness was our top priority - we were not disappointed. Yes, space is tight, but we knew that. And glad we didn’t have a vehicle larger than our Highlander as the parking space is fairly short as described. I was surprised that coffee and filters were not provided as all other Vrbo properties we have stayed at provide that but that’s not worth getting upset at, just be aware to bring your own. (There was a box of teabags a previous guest left behind and I happily made due with those.) A one...
