"I loved staying at Freehand. I stayed in a shared room. The lockers were much larger than I imagined. It fit both my backpack and my carry on suitcase easily. The pool was small, but cute, and well kept. The elevators were a little older, and in need of repair, but nothing scary. The area was halfway decent, and they always had security after dark, so I felt safe there. I was more than satisfied with the accommodations, considering the price I paid. I met some really cool people, and had a great time."

"If you’re looking for a budget family friendly hotel close to Disneyland with breakfast this is your place! Parking isn’t the best they do have overnight valet due to the tight parking conditions. Overall our stay was very pleasant we were able to hear our neighbors throughput the night which we didn’t mind nor did my 3 youngest children slept through it all. "

"Friendly frontdesk staff, clean and safe rooms. The airport shuttle was so helpful. The drivers are amazing and make it look so easy navigating the airport. They also helped with our bags which was so kind. "

"This was our second stay at Hyatt LAX as pre and post cruise hotels. It was convenient but the condition of the hotel could improve a bit. With roller luggage being the norm these days, carpet in hallways and the lobby area made it difficult to roll. Also, in our room, the rain shower and hand held sprays needed a cleaning or replacement. There are no more amenities like shower caps and face soap cakes anymore. Just saying…otherwise, everything was clean and the bedding linens were great. "
