"We very much enjoyed our stay. We left Los Angeles after the Palisades and Eaton fires began and are glad we found this place. The 1bdrm was perfect for our family of 3. The property is right up next to PCH so it can get noisy but it was wonderful to hear the waves at night. We also appreciated the bridge access to the beach, it was convenient. Not much to walk to though but there were stores within a 5min drive away. "

"The lower hot tub (shown in the property pictures) was the star of the stay! The peace and quiet and view of the ocean are worth the visit. The furniture was not very comfortable and most of the unit was clean except the floors. Our socks were filthy after walking the floors. "Kouroush was an excellent communicator throughout the reservation and stay. Condo clean and quiet. Very close to nice beaches. Would recommend. There are about 12 steps to go down to get to the condo entrance, and the dining table has high top chairs, just in case there are mobility concerns. Only surprise was that the garage was small and our large SUV did not fit in it so we had to work through our host to park where we could find a parking space in the complex and pay an additional $15 a...

"My family enjoyed all the space to spread out and this particular property was beautifully decorated. Many thick towels which we appreciated. Actually chose this property for the reclining chair that was used for sleeping nightly and for the close location to Dana Pt harbor and PCH. No regrets!"

"This is our second stay here and that should say it all. Nothing like getting up for your morning Joe walking towards the kitchen and nothing but ocean views from the living room. Place has everything you will need for your stay and comfortable. Right on the beach so you can get your morning workout easily. Close by to stores and restaurants. I am sure we will be returning again next year. "
