Our host was very nice and very fast at responding however we would suggest rooms need a little TLC found mold on bed skirt as we were checking out and found empt package left from previous guest ? "Beautiful property built in the hills of rural Gatlinburg with excellent service and conveniently located on route of the Free Trolly to and from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Another free shuttle on property is available to get you up and down the mountain to access the pools, zip line, restaurant and water park. But the water temperature for the shower was very cold, all of us need to take shower with barely warm water, it was not good for winter time visit.
