Breakfast day 1 was very good but on the subsequent 3 mornings it was disappointing! However, the ambience on the hotel was relaxed and staff were all very polite and nice. My complaint was dealt with in a professional and respectful way and I was happy with the outcome. No snacks eg crisps nuts etc to be had at the bar which seemed strange ! We ate an...

"Overnight stay prior to cruise the following day. Room really big and clean, toilet separate from The shower/bath room, not sure I like that . Staff lovely, didn’t have breakfast. Man on the bar very friendly and chatty. Lovely stay "
