We love this hotel, every about it, the staff always happy and welcoming, from the welcome meeting ( special mention to Kate) to the breakfast staff, mention for Hah and to all the pool bar staff who were lovely and the room attendant who kept our room clean and tidy. "We loved Railay Bay Resort and wish we stayed longer. I had 2 massages with Kate which were excellent. The only downside is the restaurant on location is quite average. The restaurant is very understaffed, but otherwise the rest of the resort seemed well taken care of with plenty of help. "
