"The hotel is modern. Had a beautiful view of the ocean from the front view. We had paid extra for the upstairs room which came with a jacuzzi bath. Everyone was amazing and to a high standard. Only down thing was when we would attempt to draw a bath and put the jets on, gunk from the jets came out. "The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I travel up and down the country for football, have stayed in many hotels, good, bad average, but this is by far the worst yet. The reception room/bar area was a disgrace, rubbish everywhere, food all over the floor, just a dumping ground with a leaking ceiling. That’s where we had to leave our bags as our rooms weren’t ready. After the football match we went back to check in. The rooms were nothing like advertised, not looked after, funny smell and not...

"Hotel was great and perfect for what we needed as a family of three. The staff where helpfull and polite with excellent customer service. The room was clean and well maintained, and just the right size for us. The hotel is perfectly located, with the Pleasure Beach just round the corner, and a tram station two minutes walk away. The breackfast was good quality and tasted fantastic, the hashbrown bites where a hit with all of us. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone. "
