"Hotel was great and perfect for what we needed as a family of three. The staff where helpfull and polite with excellent customer service. The room was clean and well maintained, and just the right size for us. The hotel is perfectly located, with the Pleasure Beach just round the corner, and a tram station two minutes walk away. The breackfast was good quality and tasted fantastic, the hashbrown bites where a hit with all of us. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone. "

"Owners and Pip are very lovely. Place is nice and tidy. Right around the corner from all the fun at the front. Fantastic on site parking. Great breakfast in the morning. Room small but perfectly adequate. Shower was impressive, usually not powerful at all in these places. Bed was also comfortable and the 3 of us slept very well. Was very impressed for what I paid. It's a charming little place. Will be first port of call when we return to Blackpool. "
